用氮气雾化和快速凝固离心雾化两种方法制取马氏体时效钢粉末,用光学金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究粉末表面结晶形貌和内部的显微组织。实验结果表明:氮气雾化粉末的表面和内部均为树枝晶组织;快速凝固离心雾化粉末的表面和内部呈树枝晶、胞状枝晶、胞状晶和一种新发现的结晶组织——粒状晶。
The martensitic aging steel powder was prepared by nitrogen atomization and rapid solidification centrifugal atomization. The optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to study the crystal morphology and the internal microstructure of the powder. The experimental results show that the surface and the interior of the atomized nitrogen powder are dendritic microstructure. The dendrites, cellular dendrites, cellular crystals and a newly discovered crystalline structure - granular crystal on the surface and inside of the rapidly solidified centrifugal atomized powder .
