介绍了钢铝轴瓦在Д1 0 0、Д49、1 2 VFE1 7/2 4、K6S31 0 DR柴油机上应用的效果。钢铝轴瓦的抗磨性能和耐蚀性较锡青铜和钢青铜轴瓦高 1倍 ,制造成本下降30 %～ 50 %。因此 ,在机车柴油机上采用钢铝轴瓦具有广阔的前景。
The effect of using steel aluminum bearing pads on Д1 0 0, Д49, 12 VFE1 7/2 4, K6S31 0 DR diesel engine is introduced. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of steel and aluminum bushings are 1 times higher than those of bronze and steel bronze bushings, and the manufacturing cost is reduced by 30% -50%. Therefore, the use of steel and aluminum bearing on locomotive diesel has broad prospects.
