部直属各单位,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市水利(水务)厅(局),新疆生产建设兵团水利局,各有关单位:为进一步做好我部财政国库管理制度改革试点工作,根据财政部、中国人民银行《中央单位财政国库管理制度改革试点资金支付管理办法》(财库[2002]028号),结合我部实际,我们对《水利部财政国库管理制度改革试点资金支付管理办法实施细则》进行了修订,现印发给你们,请遵照执行。原《水利部财政国库管理制度改革试点资金支付管理办法实施细则》(水经调[2001]501号)停止执行。执行中有什么问题,请及时向我部反映。
