全息干涉法是一种无损、灵敏的新型测量技术。用其测量具有不均匀折射率分布的位相型物体时,可由全场无限条纹图得出全场折射率分布。本文采用图象处理技术进行干涉图的数据处理。文中对测温和计算的某些细节进行了详细的讨论。实验证明,本文采用的方法便利、迅速,编写的FORTRAN及C语言程序可用于同类型问题的处理。
Holographic interferometry is a nondestructive, sensitive new measurement technique. When using it to measure a phase-type object with a non-uniform refractive index distribution, the full-field refractive index profile can be obtained from the full-field infinite fringe pattern. In this paper, image processing technology for interferogram data processing. In this paper, some details of temperature measurement and calculation are discussed in detail. Experiments show that the method used in this paper is convenient and rapid, and FORTRAN and C programs can be used to deal with the same type of problems.
