激光光谱分析技术作为一种微区、微量、薄层分析的手段,已得到广泛应用。但由于该方法的重现性和稳定性较差,放电电子温度介于电弧与火花之间,现有的光谱图较难借鉴,给工作带来困难。为此,我们制作了这套光谱图,修改后的谱图中共标出71种元素的1362条谱线。其中59种元素用定体积取样显线法制作,可进行估亦有参考经过试用证明,本谱图具有实用价值,并对目前尚无合适谱图的ICP方法,量分析。价值。
Laser spectroscopy has been widely used as a method of micro-area, micro-scale and thin-layer analysis.
