水土保持是国土整治、江河治理的根本,是国民经济和社会发展的基础,是我们必须长期坚持的一项基本国策。主要论述了水土保持动态监测管理的原则和意义以及加强动态监测的几点建议。
Soil and water conservation is the foundation of land consolidation and river management and the basis of national economy and social development. It is a basic national policy that we must persist for a long time. Mainly discusses the principle and significance of dynamic monitoring and management of soil and water conservation and some suggestions to strengthen dynamic monitoring.
