为满足铁路对调车内燃机车的需求,全俄铁路运输科学研究院等单位共同对运用中的ЧМЭ3型内燃机车进行现代化改造,利用国产、配套的1-ПД4В柴油机和ГТТТ84/44-8У2发电机组装配机车,制成试验样机并进行了牵引性能检查试验。文中详细叙述了改造机车过程中,在总体布置、机械部分和电传动电路中的变动情况,其中包括增加压载重物,保持转向架负载平衡,把牵引电动机的连接电路由2串3并改为3串2并,以便提高电压、降低电流等等。
In order to meet the demand of railroad shunting diesel locomotives, the All-Russian Railway Transport Science Research Institute and other units jointly carried out the modernization of the ЧМЭ3 diesel locomotives under construction. The domestic and auxiliary 1-ПД4В diesel engines and ГТТТ84 / 44-8У2 generator sets were used to assemble Locomotive, made the test prototype and conducted a traction performance test. The paper describes in detail the process of rebuild locomotive, in the overall layout, mechanical parts and electric drive circuit changes, including increasing the ballast weight, keeping the bogie load balance, the traction motor connection circuit from 2 to 3 and changed to 3 string and 2, in order to raise the voltage, reduce the electric current and so on.
