在宁夏现有消防监督员培养机制下,消防监督员成长周期长,自动消防设施操作能力差,发现问题能力不够强。本文结合宁夏区情分析了消防监督员的成长现状与培养机制;结合宁夏消防协会开展自动消防设施检测工作的实践,提出针对应届大学生干部可塑性强这一特点,可对大学生干部边培训边检测,建立一种良性循环机制,这样既开展了自动消防设施检测工作,又为基层培养了熟悉自动消防设施的消防监督员。按照宁夏消防设施检测现状,可成立3个现役检测队,5年时间内可以培养60名熟悉消防设施的业务人员,这将建立一种向技术、向能力要消防监督工作战斗力的人才培养机制,缩短合格监督员的成长周期。
