报道了一种基于光束扫描方法采用普通均匀相位模板和连续的 2 4 4nm倍频氩离子激光器 ,制作波长间隔为 0 .8nm和 1.6nm取样光栅的新技术 ,并对得到的实验结果进行了分析。研制的取样光栅波长间隔均匀 ,具有良好的谱特性。采用的方法操作简单、灵活 ,可方便地制作不同类型的取样光栅。
A new technique based on the beam scanning method using a uniform uniform phase mask and a continuous 244nm frequency doubling argon ion laser was presented. The experimental results of the sampling grating with wavelength spacing of 0.8 nm and 1.6 nm were analyzed. . The developed sampling grating has uniform wavelength and good spectral characteristics. The method used is simple, flexible and easy to produce different types of sample rasters.
