现阶段,产业联盟已成为各行各业为解决一些共性问题较普遍采用的一种组织形式。甚至有人断言,现代商业发展已进入联盟时代。毋庸置疑,这是一种非常高效的攻关方式。目前,常见的联盟有2类组织形式。一是由同行企业组织建立,主要是为了降低风险,或在市场上形成一定的垄断势力,提升行业话语权,二是以上下游产业的关联企业为主体,或以产学研合作为基础,此类联盟有助于推动技术创新、新产品开发和营销。
