轧辊的磨损对辊型有直接影响,而辊型的好坏又直接影响板形。通过对武钢热轧厂精轧机工作辊辊磨损的现场实测和理论分析,得出这样的结论:精轧机工作辊在正常运转下。经过一个轧制单位的服役后,都有不同程度的磨损,并有一定的磨损规律,就是F_4轧辊磨损最大,依次是F_5、F_6、F_3、F_2,而和F_1轧辊磨损最小:上辊的磨损大于下辊。为今后左精轧机各架轧辊使用带不同凸度的辊型提供了依据。
