目的了解高血压患者饮酒行为现状及其家庭因素分析,为针对性地开展家庭健康教育提供依据。方法用自制量表问卷和家庭关怀度指数(APGAR)对863名高血压患者进行调查。结果高血压患者中总饮酒率达24.0%,logistic回归分析显示,高血压患者饮酒行为与女性(OR=0.557)、文化程度低(OR=1.846)、婚姻不正常(OR=2.467)、家庭关系角色冲突(OR=1.494)、疾病家庭照顾差(OR=2.460)、家庭功能障碍(OR=1.719)有关。结论本调查结果显示:高血压患者患病后的饮酒率仍然较高,其行为与家庭结构、功能和关系有关,应加强高血压患者饮酒行为干预工作。
Objective To understand the current situation of alcohol consumption in hypertensive patients and their family factors to provide the basis for family health education. Methods A total of 863 hypertensive patients were investigated using the Self-Made Questionnaire and the Family Care Index (APGAR). Results The total alcohol consumption rate in hypertensive patients was 24.0%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the alcohol consumption behaviors of hypertensive patients were significantly lower than those of female patients (OR = 0.557), low educational level (OR = 1.846), abnormal marriage (OR = 2.467) Role conflict (OR = 1.494), poor family care (OR = 2.460), family dysfunction (OR = 1.719). Conclusion The findings of this survey show that the prevalence of alcohol abuse in hypertensive patients is still high, and their behavior is related to family structure, function and relationship. It is necessary to strengthen the alcohol consumption behavior intervention in hypertensive patients.
