入世后,我国急需大量的国际化人才,海外留学归国人员是国际化人才的一个重要组成部分。 北京、上海、广州等开放度比较高的城市早已加入了激烈的人才争夺战。他们纷纷承诺给高薪,投资建立创业园,为精英们搭建施展身手的舞台。留学人员回国创业和为国服务的天地越来越宽阔,留学人员回国工作的新热潮正在到来。 但与此同时,随着大量留学人员回国,往日笼罩在“海归”头顶的神话光环却在逐渐失去色彩。近期信息表明,“海归”人才在国内水土不服,更有甚者在国内面临失业。
