目前国内外中小学班级编排制度主要有两种:稳态式和动态式。稳态式班级编排制度在班级管理、教师考评以及师生、生生之间结成深厚的友谊方面具有优势,但它不利于部分学生的健康成长,不利于学生开阔视野、增长知识,也不利于班主任的专业发展。动态式班级编排制度可以弥补稳态式班级编排制度的不足,但也存在增加学校和班主任的工作量、增加对教师考评的难度以及部分学生很难在短期内适应新环境等问题。鉴于此,我国中小学在以稳态式班级编排制度为主的同时,必须积极吸收动态式班级编排制度的优点,保持二者动态平衡。
