拉达轿车装用2105、2103型汽油发动机。该发动机经维修后,常常出现烧机油现象,而且故障频率比较高,成为维修和使用者都感困惑的一个问题。本文从维修方面对此故障加以讨论,从而提出解决问题的途径和方法。1 发动机烧机油的原因1.1 气门杆油封失效该发动机采用凸轮轴顶置式配气机构。凸轮上设置有喷油孔,凸轮轴转动时激溅给气门杆的润滑油量较大,气门杆近似于油浴式润滑状态。当气门杆油封出现橡胶唇口磨损、硬化、弹簧脱落等情况时,机油沿气门杆间隙被吸入缸内,造成发动机烧机油。

The cam is provided with a fuel injection hole, the amount of lubricating oil splashed to the valve stem when the camshaft rotates is larger, and the valve stem is similar to the oil bath lubrication state. When the valve stem seal appears rubber lip wear, hardening, spring off, etc., the oil along the valve stem gap is sucked into the cylinder, causing the engine to burn oil.
