襄樊工务段修配所住宅是襄樊工务段为改善职工居住条件,新建的一幢总建筑面积7073m~2的住宅楼。该楼位于襄樊火车站南东,工务段院内。住宅楼为八层砖混结构(含一层半地下室),楼长86.88m,宽11.04m,共6个单元84户,总占地面积约1000m~2。该住宅的安全等级、场地等级、地基等级均为二级,故岩土工程勘测按二级进行。该住宅拟建场地原始地貌为汉江左岸一级阶地,现为堰塘,局部经人工填平。根据勘测部门提供的地勘资料可知,场地土(岩)层自上而下可分为四层:(1)杂填土,(2)粉质粘土,(3)淤泥质土,(4)-1中细砂,(4)-2砾
Xiangfan PMR residential repair is the section of Xiangfan Public Works to improve the living conditions of workers, a new total construction area of 7073m ~ 2 residential buildings. The original landform of the proposed residential site is the first terrace on the left bank of the Han River and is now a weir and partially filled by hand.
