目的:采用近红外光谱技术(NIRS)结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立一种女贞子药材中水分含量快速环保的测定方法。方法:利用烘干法测定样品中水分含量,并以其作为参考值,运用近红外漫反射光谱技术采集女贞子的近红外漫反射光谱,结合PLS建立女贞子药材中水分含量的定量分析模型,并用未知样品验证该模型。结果:所建水分定量模型的校正集内部交叉验证相关系数(R2),校正均方差(RMSEC),内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.986 87,0.199,0.246 41;验证集预测相关系数(R2)与预测均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.956 6和0.220。结论:该方法操作简便,快速无污染,结果准确,可用于女贞子药材中水分含量的快速测定。
Objective: To establish a fast and environmentally friendly method for determination of water content in Ligustrum lucidum by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) and partial least squares (PLS). Methods: The moisture content in samples was determined by the drying method. The near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectra of Ligustrum lucidum were collected by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and the quantitative analysis of water content in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi Model and validate the model with unknown samples. Results: Correlation coefficient (R2), RMSEC and RMSECV were 0.986 87,0.199,0.246 41, respectively. Correlation coefficients of validation set ( R2) and predicted mean square error (RMSEP) were 0.956 6 and 0.220, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and pollution-free, with accurate results. It can be used for the rapid determination of water content in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.
