引 言 从低品位铀矿石浸出液中回收铀的方法之一是离子交换树脂吸附法。观察到在硫酸浸出液中树脂有二氧化硅中毒的现象。早在五十年代,当离子交换树脂回收铀的方法在南非应用于工业时,已报道了二氧化硅中毒,但没有作为一个重大问题来考虑。随着回收铀的新技术的发展,特别是连续离子交换设备的发展,树脂能否抗二氧化硅中毒已成为选择最佳树脂的一个重要标准。
Introduction One of the methods for recovering uranium from low-grade uranium ore leachate is the ion exchange resin adsorption method. The resin was observed to be poisoned by silica in sulfuric acid leachate. Silica poisoning has been reported as early as the 1950s when ion exchange resin recovery of uranium was used in industry in South Africa but was not considered as a significant issue. With the development of new technologies for recovering uranium, especially continuous ion exchange equipment, whether or not the resin is resistant to silica poisoning has become an important criterion for selecting the best resin.
