目的:探讨三维适形放疗联合唑来膦酸对骨转移癌的治疗效果。方法:56例骨转移癌疼痛患者采用三维适形放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗,109例骨转移癌疼痛患者采用普通放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗,分析两组的疼痛缓解总有效率、疼痛缓解起效时间、疼痛缓解维持时间、生活质量改善率、不良反应发生率和疼痛复发率。结果:三维适形放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗组和普通放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗组的疼痛缓解总有效率分别为91.07%、83.49%;疼痛缓解起效时间分别为治疗开始后(7.34±2.54)、(8.13±2.70)d;疼痛缓解维持时间分别为治疗结束后(8.39±4.67)、(6.89±3.90)个月;生活质量改善率分别为96.43%、89.91%;不良反应发生率分别为26.79%、43.12%;疼痛复发率分别为13.64%、31.51%。两组在疼痛缓解总有效率、疼痛缓解起效时间、疼痛缓解维持时间、生活质量改善率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但不良反应发生率、疼痛复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维适形放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌效果肯定,与普通放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗相比,不良反应发生率、疼痛复发率低。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid on bone metastases. Methods: 56 patients with bone metastasis cancer pain were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid, and 109 patients with bone metastasis cancer pain were treated with common radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid. The total effective rate of pain relief and pain relief in the two groups were analyzed. Onset time, duration of pain relief, quality of life improvement, incidence of adverse reactions, and pain recurrence rate. Results: The total effective rates of pain relief in three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid treatment group and common radiotherapy plus zoledronic acid treatment group were 91.07% and 83.49%, respectively; the onset time of pain relief was respectively after the start of treatment (7.34± 2.54), (8.13±2.70)d; Pain remission maintenance time was 8.39±4.67,(6.89±3.90) months after the end of treatment; the improvement rates of quality of life were 96.43% and 89.91% respectively; It was 26.79% and 43.12%. Pain recurrence rates were 13.64% and 31.51%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of pain relief, pain relief onset time, pain relief duration, and quality of life improvement rate (P>0.05). However, there were differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of pain. Statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid is effective in the treatment of bone metastases. Compared with radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions and pain recurrence rate are low.
