目前,牡丹江城建档案馆网站的用户主要可以分为两类:一类是档案信息利用者,主要想了解是否能够、如何能够得到想要的档案信息,另一类是档案信息的提交者,他们关注的是如何提交手中的工程文件。在这种实际要求下,笔者认为,网站应以简单明了的方式将用户最需要的信息放在显眼之处,进一步加强网站建设,可以从用户的需求和使用习惯出发,以个性化信息服务方式提供服务,如提供不同用户的专门入口,上级主管部门、提交建设文件的建设单位以及寻求城建档案服务的社会公众,可根据自身需求定制相关的服务内容;不断丰富网站内容,有计划地上载开放档案目录以及城建档案原文信息,向社会提供网上查询和利用服务;积极探索和实现市区县各级城建档案馆馆际之间的互联,从而将城建档案信息网站建设成为牡丹江市城建档案信息服务的平台。
