The interaction between nucleotides and Ipt on [3H] glyburide (Gli) kinetics was studied. Methods: Rat vascular smooth muscle cells were labeled with [3H] Gli and the effects of ATP, ADP and UDP on the binding and dissociation kinetics of [3H] Gli were observed by 2 × 2 factorial design.
