基于美国2013财年国防预算总体情况,通过对比分析近年来美国国防部武器装备采办预算、美军各军种武器装备采办预算以及美国国防高级研究计划局(DARPA)预算,分别梳理了美军现役导弹武器以及在研导弹武器采办预算调整情况,并特别关注了处于先期技术研发阶段的导弹武器项目预算变化情况。最后,结合美国新发布的国防战略指南等战略文件以及美国国防预算持续削减的趋势,对美军导弹武器未来发展动向进行了评述。
Based on the overall national defense budget for the fiscal year 2013 in the United States, by comparing and analyzing the U.S. Department of Defense weapons and equipment procurement budget, the U.S. military’s acquisition of arms and equipment and the budget of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in recent years, the United States military active duty missile weapons and Studying the adjustment of the procurement budget for missile weapons and paying particular attention to the changes in the budget of missile weapons projects in the advanced technology research and development stage. Finally, the paper reviews the future development of the U.S. missile and missile weapons combined with strategic documents such as the newly released U.S. defense strategy guideline and the continuing trend of U.S. defense budget cuts.
