16锰钢是一种强度比一般低碳钢高的普通低合金钢,在管线建设中,用16锰钢管代替一般低碳钢管,可给国家节省大量的钢材。16锰钢具有一定的淬硬倾向,在零度以下低温焊接时,在焊接接头中有可能出现影响机械性能的脆性组织,或者在焊缝和热影响区中,产生裂缝等现象。根据战备的需要,有些16锰钢管线工程,要求在东北的严冬条件下进行焊接施工,而16锰钢管线野外低温焊接(指-10℃以下),目前在国内外尚无成熟的经验。因此,低温焊接是保证16锰钢管线施工质量的
