The authors undertook a transrectal US (TRUS) study of 276 male infertile patients. Aged 24 to 52 years old, both less ejaculation (<1.5ml) and no sperm. Patients in the left lateral position, with 7.5 ~ 9.0MHz high-frequency rectal transducer, cross-section and sagittal examination of the vas deferens, seminal vesicle, ejaculatory duct and prostate, and record the results of the measurement, careful attention to the internal echo and vas deferens and seminal vesicle Structure.
