为了更好地开展小数学教学工作,就必须要在尊重学生个体差异的基础上,采用因材施教以及分层教学等差异教学法来开展课程教学,否则势必会影响学生的学习。通过采用因材施教教学法,有利于激发每个学生学习的潜能,增强他们学习数学知识的自信心和荣誉感。但是,教师不仅要结合学生的学习能力来设计因材施教教学内容,同样需要考虑学生的学习兴趣与爱好,否则也无法收到良好的教学效果
In order to carry out the teaching of mathematics better, it is necessary to carry out the curriculum teaching based on the teaching of students according to their aptitudes as well as different teaching methods such as hierarchical teaching on the basis of respecting individual differences among students. Otherwise, it will inevitably affect students’ learning. Through adopting teaching methods according to individual circumstances, it is conducive to inspire each student to learn the potential and enhance their self-confidence and honor to learn math. However, teachers not only need to design students ’learning ability to teach teaching content according to their aptitude, but also need to consider students’ interest and hobby, otherwise, they can not receive good teaching effect
