材料为黄铜的台阶孔或孔口倒角,用普通麻花钻加工时,孔壁常出现振纹,孔径精度和不同轴度都较差。特别是这种孔的数量较大时,工作量很大,有时还出现“扎刀”和钻头折断等事故。φ15以下的钻头就更容易折断。因此这种孔的加工有时是一个关键。采用导向扩孔钻(如图所示),有很好的效果,在孔数量较多时与普通麻花钻相比可提高工效15倍,且孔的质量较高,安全可靠。导向扩孔钻用 W18Cr4V 材料制成,它有导向柱(与孔成动配合),加工时导向柱能稳住刀刃进行
