添加表面改性纳米二氧化钛后义齿软衬材料抗菌性能的研究

目的:研究添加表面改性纳米TiO_2对硅橡胶软衬材料抗菌性能的影响。方法:常温下将质量分数分别为0%,1%,2%,3%,4%,5%的表面改性纳米TiO_2与硅橡胶软衬材料混合均匀,采用薄膜覆盖法检测硅橡胶软衬材料的抗菌性。选择加入最佳质量分数抗菌剂的软衬材料进行老化处理,检测抗菌长效性。结果:分析实验数据可知实验组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),当添加改性纳米TiO_2抗菌剂的质量分数在3%以上,硅橡胶软衬材料抗菌率达到90%以上。与新制备组比较,软衬材料经过体外老化处理后,具有抗菌效果。结论:添加经过表面改性纳米TiO_2抗菌剂,硅橡胶软衬材料抗菌性有明显提高并且添加抗菌剂的软衬材料具有抗菌长效性。 Objective: To study the effect of adding surface modified nano-TiO 2 on the antibacterial property of silicone rubber lining material. Methods: The surface modified nano-TiO 2 with the mass fraction of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% was mixed with the silicone rubber lining material at room temperature. Antibacterial material. CONCLUSION: The antibacterial property of the silicone rubber lining material added with the surface modified nano-TiO_2 antibacterial agent is obviously improved. The lining material with antibacterial agent added has antibacterial long-term effect.
