时代要求我们培养的是跨世纪人才。他们不仅要掌握一定的科学知识,更重要的是要有适应甚至超越时代的能力。历史学科使学生获得一定历史知识,也是学生素质教育的重要内容。学生能力的培养,就是在传授知识的同时,交给学生学会思考分析问题的科学的学习方法,从而把自学引入到教学过程,把教学实践从原来只重视研究“教”转变为同时在教师指导下以学生为主体的“学”,从原来单纯传授知识转变为重视智力、能力的培养。对此我的感悟是: 一、挖掘教材的深度是培养能力的前提课堂教学是提高教学质量的主要阵地和途径,钻研教材优化教学方案则直接关系到课堂教学的效果。
The times require us to cultivate cross-century talents. They must not only possess certain scientific knowledge but, more importantly, have the ability to adapt to or even surpass the times. The history discipline enables students to acquire certain historical knowledge and is also an important content of student quality education. The cultivation of student’s abilities is to pass on knowledge while giving students the opportunity to learn and think through the scientific methods of analysis, so that self-learning is introduced into the teaching process, and the teaching practice is changed from the original emphasis on research “teaching” to the teacher’s guidance at the same time. Under the student-centered “learning”, from the simple transfer of knowledge to the cultivation of emphasis on intelligence and ability. My understanding of this is: First, the depth of mining materials is the prerequisite for training ability Classroom teaching is the main position and way to improve the quality of teaching. Studying teaching materials to optimize the teaching program is directly related to the effect of classroom teaching.
