[目的]通过检测过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿以及过敏性紫癜肾损伤患儿血清及尿液β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平,探讨早期诊断过敏性紫癜(HSP)肾损伤的敏感检测指标。[方法]采用病例对照的研究方法对过敏性紫癜患儿和健康查体儿童的血清及尿液β2-MG进行测定,分析不同组别儿童的β2-MG水平,结果均以均数±标准差(x±s)表示。应用SPSS12.0统计软件对数据进行分析处理,以P﹤0.05为差异有统计学意义。[结果]HSP患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平高于对照组;有早发肾损伤组患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平高于无肾损伤者;治疗前后患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平比较差异有统计学意义;血清及尿液β2-MG检测结果与尿常规检测结果比较,优于尿常规。[结论]过敏性紫癜合并早期肾损伤患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平高于无早期肾损伤者,经治疗后该指标水平下降,且优于尿常规检测结果。说明该指标可以作为早期肾损伤的诊断指标。
[Objective] To investigate the serum and urine β2 microglobulin (β2-MG) levels in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) and children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and to explore the sensitive detection of early diagnosis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) index. [Methods] Serum and urine β2-MG levels in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and healthy children were measured by case-control study. The levels of β2-MG in children of different groups were analyzed. The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (x ± s) said. Application of SPSS12.0 statistical software to analyze the data to P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. [Results] The levels of serum and urine β2-MG in children with HSP were higher than those in control group. The levels of serum and urine β2-MG in children with early-onset renal injury were higher than those without renal damage. Serum and urine β2-MG levels were statistically significant differences; serum and urine β2-MG test results and urine routine test results, better than the urine routine. [Conclusion] The serum and urinary β2-MG levels of children with allergic purpura complicated with early renal injury are higher than those without early renal injury. After treatment, the level of β2-MG is lower than that of routine urine test. This indicator can be used as a diagnostic indicator of early renal injury.
