本文介绍阿根廷国家标准IRAM11656中,有关混凝土路面砖力学强度检测方法的演变过程。在该标准的1998年版本中,曾对强度试验方法和指标进行过修改,将原来从路面砖上取样进行轴向抗压强度试验,修改为用垫压板法对整砖进行抗压强度试验,压板大小取决于路面砖的厚度。2006年对该标准再次进行修订,修订过程在取得大量试验研究数据的基础上,阿根廷波特兰水泥协会提议参照哥伦比亚NTC2017标准,将对路面砖进行抗压强度检测,改变为对其进行抗折强度检测;并认为抗折强度值更能代表混凝土路面砖在路面使用中的受力情况。我们研究了抗折强度试验方法的一些影响因素,例如:NTC2017标准中所用抗折试验装置的适用性、在抗折支座和路面砖样品之间是否需垫橡胶条、是否需对路面砖先进行干燥,以及混凝土抗压强度、吸水率、密度与路面砖抗折强度之间的相互关系,等等。协调安排多家试验室进行比对试验,以验证其它实验室所取得的混凝土路面砖抗折强度的试验结果。对验证试验的方法、数据等进行分析,建立路面砖抗折试验结果再现性和复验性的数据库。这些实验室研究工作,加快了IRAM11656标准的修订过程。正式批准之后,这项标准已被用于混凝土路面砖产品的自愿认定程序,纳入建筑材料质量保证体系。
This article describes the Argentine national standard IRAM11656, the evolution of the method of testing the mechanical strength of concrete pavement brick. In the 1998 edition of the standard, the strength test method and index were modified. The original axial compressive strength test was taken from the pavement brick and modified into the compressive strength test of the whole brick by the method of the pad press. The size of the platen depends on the thickness of the pavement tile. In 2006, the standard was revised again. Based on a large amount of experimental data, the Portland Cement Association of Argentina proposed to refer to the NTC2017 standard of Colombia to test the compressive strength of pavement bricks and change it to be resistant to bending Strength test; and that the value of flexural strength can better represent the concrete pavement in the road force in the situation. We studied some of the factors that affect the flexural strength test method, such as: the applicability of the flexural test device used in the NTC2017 standard, the need for rubber strips between the flexure support and the tile sample, Drying, as well as concrete compressive strength, water absorption, density and the relationship between the flexural strength of pavement, and so on. Coordination of a number of laboratories to arrange the comparison test to verify the other laboratories obtained test results of the flexural strength of concrete pavers. The methods and data of the verification test are analyzed to establish a reproducible and retesting database of the test results of the flexural test of pavement bricks. These laboratory studies have accelerated the revision of the IRAM11656 standard. After formal approval, this standard has been used for the voluntary certification of concrete paving products and incorporated into the quality assurance system for construction materials.
