我公司在某化肥厂锅炉房及输煤系统结构吊装工程中,根据工程特点,起重机械需选用40吨塔式吊车(或50吨塔桅吊车)。但我处只有15~20吨履带式起重机,不能满足吊装要求。为了克服这一困难,我们采用了-1252履带式吊车原扒杆和加重扒杆拖缆、移动地锚、活动钢平台等一系列措施,胜利完成了该工程超高超重构件的吊装任务,对小机械吊装重大构件进行了新的尝试。
According to the characteristics of the project, a 40-ton tower crane (or 50-ton tower crane) is required for lifting machinery in a boiler plant and coal transportation system structure hoisting project of a chemical fertilizer plant. However, there are only 15 to 20 tons of crawler cranes at the site and we cannot meet the lifting requirements. In order to overcome this difficulty, we have adopted a series of measures such as the -1252 crawler crane original mast and heavy mast ropes, mobile anchors, and movable steel platforms, successfully completing the task of hoisting ultra-heavy and over-heavy components of the project. A new attempt was made to hoist major components with small machinery.
