去年我试行了一种小老师批改作文法,切实可行。师生满意。具体作法如下: 学期开头的一篇作文由我批改,选出写得相对好些的七、八个同学聘为下次批改作文的小老师,把他们的名字公布在黑板上,由同学们自己选择下次作文的小老师。第三次作文再选第二次作文写得好的同学做小老师,依次类推。对小老师批改过的作文,老师收上来看一遍,对个别评改得不准又必须指出的地方,用一两句话
