自适应控制具有良好的鲁棒性,调节速度快和抗干扰性能优越。超临界机组燃烧系统是一个复杂非线性时变系统,针对火电厂超临界机组燃烧系统的特点采用自适应控制系统结构实现对锅炉燃烧系统的优化控制,保证系统运行的高效性和稳定性。通过燃烧自适应控制系统的仿真实验,证明该方法能够有效地解决系统变量之间的耦合关系。能够根据当前负荷的变化做出相应的控制,做到稳、快、准地实现主蒸汽压力有效的调节,保证燃料的充分燃烧,使炉膛负压在规定的范围内变化。在煤质和设备特性发生变化时,系统能保证稳定工作且大大提高了燃烧效率。这种控制方法能使复杂生产过程控制在最佳运行状态,降低煤耗,保证系统的安全性与可靠性。
Adaptive control has good robustness, fast regulation and superior anti-interference performance. The supercritical unit combustion system is a complex nonlinear time-varying system. According to the characteristics of the supercritical unit combustion system of thermal power plant, an adaptive control system structure is used to optimize the control of the boiler combustion system and ensure the high efficiency and stability of the system. The simulation experiment of combustion adaptive control system proves that this method can effectively solve the coupling relationship between system variables. Can make the corresponding control according to the change of the current load, so that the main steam pressure can be regulated steadily, quickly and accurately, and the combustion of the fuel can be ensured so that the negative pressure of the furnace chamber changes within the specified range. In the coal quality and equipment characteristics change, the system can ensure stable work and greatly improve the combustion efficiency. This control method can make the complex production process control in the best running state, reduce coal consumption, ensure system safety and reliability.
