在油田领域中,井口计量分离器内部的工艺流程由于罐体本身为一个相对密闭的容器,因此在培训讲解中无法进行剖析演示,针对分离器设备工艺流程利用RealFlow流体模拟系统进行模拟仿真,对其实用性进行了初步的尝试,同时结合分离器的流程模拟制作的过程,介绍了RealFlow的特点、功能。文章通过对比测试,较好的解决了粒子碰撞计算与逼真度平衡的问题,同时对流体mash模型及相关技术特点进行了分析,为模拟仿真系统开发中的流体运动的模拟提供了一种较好的解决方法。
