本文根据常规 CO_2短路过渡焊存在的问题,研究了具有陡升陡降的单脉冲短路电流波形、可调节燃弧能量和控制熔滴行为的燃弧电流波形,低于燃弧电流值的脉冲短路电流波形等三类电流波形的实现方法和工艺性能。研究表明,合理地控制脉冲短路过渡电流波形、改变燃弧期间的能量分布、控制熔滴行为和过渡力的作用,对不同类型的电流波形,能在不同程度上有效地提高短路过渡频率、稳定性、降低飞溅、提高熔化深度和改善焊接成型。
