随着我国园林行业的大发展,高职园林专业教育也达到了空前的规模。据统计,至2006年年底,我国高职高专已拥有园林专业点470个,高职高专院校的专业点数量已是本科的4倍多。但我国高职园林专业教育尚存在与行业需求脱节严重,人才培养质量不高等问题。随着园林行业的转型升级,高职园林教育应如何适应行业发展,培养合格园林人才,值得研究。本文以丽水职业技术学院园林工程技术专业改革与实践为例,介绍了用人单位与育人单位紧密合作,共同开展人才培养模式改革、专业内涵建设的有益经验。
With the great development of the garden industry in our country, the higher vocational education of landscape architecture has also reached an unprecedented scale. According to statistics, by the end of 2006, China’s higher vocational colleges already have 470 garden specialties, and the number of professional points in higher vocational colleges is more than 4 times of that of undergraduate colleges. However, there is still a problem in China’s higher vocational education in landscape education, which is severed from the needs of the industry and the quality of personnel training is not high. With the transformation and upgrading of the garden industry, how to adapt to the development of the industry and how to cultivate the qualified talents in landscape education should be studied. This article takes the reform and practice of landscape engineering major in Lishui Vocational and Technical College as an example to introduce the employers and educating units to work closely together to carry out the personnel training mode reform and professional construction of useful experience.
