目的:研究地塞米松磷酸钠微球对大鼠急性肺损伤的干预作用。方法:用自制微球和地塞米松磷酸钠注射剂对内毒素所致的急性肺损伤进行干预,比较肺湿重/干重(W/D)、肺组织病理评分、NF-κb和TNF-α阳性表达率的变化。结果:注射后2h,微球干预组的肺W/D、肺组织病理评分、NF-κb和TNF-α阳性表达率均显著低于地塞米松磷酸钠干预组。结论:地塞米松磷酸钠微球有良好的肺靶向性,对急性肺损伤的疗效优于地塞米松磷酸钠注射剂。
Objective: To study the effect of dexamethasone sodium phosphate microspheres on acute lung injury in rats. Methods: Acute lung injury induced by endotoxin was induced by self-made microspheres and dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection. The lung wet weight / dry weight (W / D), lung histopathological score, NF-κB and TNF-α Changes in positive expression rate. Results: At 2 h after injection, the positive rates of lung W / D, lung histopathology, NF-κB and TNF-α in microsphere intervention group were significantly lower than those in dexamethasone sodium phosphate intervention group. CONCLUSION: Dexamethasone sodium phosphate microspheres have good lung targeting and are superior to dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection in acute lung injury.
