以买方信任为切入点,考察了中国情境下二级供应链内买方信任的源起并探索了不同维度的买方信任对不同维度合约弹性的影响,在此基础上分析了买方专用投资的调节效应。基于PLS-SEM方法对江苏和山东地区的145家制造业(买方)企业的调研数据表明:制度环境对合同信任有显著正向作用,沟通对善意信任有显著正向作用,而声誉则对合同信任、能力信任、善意信任均具有显著正向影响;合同信任对合约修改弹性具有显著正向作用,善意信任对合约修改弹性和合约退出弹性分别具有显著的正向与负向作用,而能力信任只有在配合买方高专用投资的情况下才会对合约修改弹性产生显著正向影响。该文的研究对培养、发展和保持供应链企业间的信任,以及深入理解供应链内买方信任与合约弹性之间的关系具有一定的指导意义。
Taking buyer’s trust as starting point, this paper examines the source of buyer’s trust in the second-level supply chain in China and explores the impact of buyer’s trust in different dimensions on the contractual flexibility of different dimensions. Based on this, it analyzes the regulatory effect of buyer’s exclusive investment . The survey data of 145 manufacturing (buyer) enterprises in Jiangsu and Shandong provinces based on PLS-SEM shows that institutional environment has a significant positive effect on contractual trust, communication has a significant positive effect on goodwill trust, and reputation on the contract Trust in trust, trust in ability and trust in goodwill all have a significant positive impact. Contractual trust has a significant positive effect on the flexibility of contract modification, while goodwill trust has significant positive and negative effects on contract modification flexibility and contractual exit flexibility, respectively. Only with the buyer’s high investment in the case of the contract will have a significant positive impact on the flexibility to modify. The study of this article is of guiding significance in cultivating, developing and maintaining the trust among supply chain enterprises and in understanding the relationship between buyer’s trust and contractual flexibility in the supply chain.
