经济的发展,居民?区的建设等等都需要学校和社区之间的彼此沟通,香港社区教育实行的就是两种并行的机制,即学校本位的社区教育和社区组织本位的社区教育。前者是按照学校的条件和需要来发展与社区教育的合作,并以此为契机达到培养学生的社区归属感、公民责任等教育目标,同时让社区内居民拥有享用学校设施的机会。学校本位的社区教育从前致力于培育在校学生和年轻一代的品德、学识、技能和对社会的归属感,鼓励青年人不断追求新知识,勇于创新,积极参与社区事务的教育活动。后者以建立居民互助的关系为基础,鼓励居民参与社区公共事务,提高居民觉悟。改善其生活质量,建立团结互助的社区,其教育活动主要围绕区内居民事务的范畴发展,政府的民政局负责协调。
The development of economy and the construction of residents and districts all need to communicate with each other between schools and communities. There are two parallel mechanisms practiced in community education in Hong Kong, namely, community-based community-based education and community-based community education. The former aims to develop cooperation with community education in accordance with the conditions and needs of schools and as an opportunity to achieve the education goals of cultivating students’ sense of community belonging and civic responsibility while providing residents in the community the opportunity to enjoy school facilities. School-based community education has been devoted to nurturing the moral, intellectual, technical and social sense of belonging of students and the younger generation in school. It encourages young people to continuously pursue new knowledge, innovate and actively participate in educational activities in community affairs. The latter, based on the establishment of mutual assistance between residents, encourages residents to participate in community public affairs and raise their awareness of residents. Improve their quality of life and establish a community of solidarity and mutual assistance. Their educational activities mainly focus on the development of residents in the district. The Civil Affairs Bureau of the government is responsible for coordination.
