在机床修理时,常会遇到一些双联或三联齿轮,其精度和光洁度要求较高。自制这些齿轮时,由于结构原因(轮距太小),小齿轮无法进行剃、珩、磨等精加工,故齿轮的精度和光洁度难以满足使用要求。遇到这类齿轮,我们是使用自制的齿轮研磨工具进行精加工的。该工具结构简单,操作方便,经多年使用证明效果良好,齿轮的精度和光洁度都有提高,传动噪声也下降。研磨工具的结构如附图所示。研磨过程如下:被研磨的齿轮(即工件)用心轴安装在车床主轴上,研磨工具安装在车床刀架上,研磨轮(材料为灰铸铁)装在轴
