我厂现有28立方米高炉两座、红旗3号焦炉两组,设炼铁、炼焦、土烧结、选矿、机修和余热发电等车间。属“小型配套”的单一产品经营企业。党的十一届三中全会结企业带来了“科学治厂,扭亏增盈”的活力。从七九年八月利用剩余煤气发电成功至令,我们赢得了节能增产、优质增收的主动权。以83年产量与建厂初期71年相比,增长了十倍,能源消耗方面,仅回收煤气一项,每年就可为国家节约标煤2500吨左右,使炼铁单位工序能耗的基数降低了80—90公斤左右,1980年起,我们的炼铁工序能耗已达到部颁一等标准(490公斤),实绩为472公斤,1982年又降为465公斤。1983年,继续采用“综合治理”法,
