超市农产品经营在中国大中城市已经有了一定发展,但是,目前仍处于与农贸市场激烈竞争的阶段,受中国城市居民整体收入水平制约,价格因素仍是决定2种业态能否获得最终竞争优势的关键。超市和农贸市场农产品经营分别处于完全竞争和垄断竞争的市场环境中,所以价格形成特征有显著差异。超市农产品价格形成主要受经营目标、市场定位、营销策略等因素影响,而农贸市场价格形成,以批发市场价格及默认利润率为基础,市场实际供需情况是均衡价格形成的决定因素。
