日的:研究槌果藤实的耐缺氧、抗疲劳及耐低温作用。方法:采用常压耐缺氧、游泳法和耐低温方法。结果:槌果藤实可延长小鼠缺氧存活时间,并延长小鼠游泳持续时间;明显提高耐寒能力。结论:槌果藤实具有明显的耐缺氧、抗疲劳及耐低温作用。
Japan’s: To study the tolerance of hypoxia, anti-fatigue, and low-temperature-resistance of mangosteen. Methods: Normal pressure hypoxia tolerance, swimming method and low temperature resistance method were used. RESULTS: Fructus Citrifolia could prolong the time of hypoxia survival in mice and prolong the swimming duration of mice, and significantly improved the ability of cold resistance. Conclusion: Fructus Cialis has obvious anti-anoxia, anti-fatigue and low-temperature resistance.
