Maximum Residues (MRLs) are the maximum concentrations of pesticide residues on or in food products after the use of pesticides under the Good Agricultural Practice (GAP). The GAP regulates the amount of pesticide that the country allows under the actual conditions to reliably and effectively control pests. Some studies from the United States show that consumers consume up to 10,000 times more natural dietary intakes than artificial pesticides. But there is no clear evidence that they are harmful to humans. On the one hand, before the development of modern crop protection methods, mankind must rely on the body’s powerful detoxification system to control the amount of natural pesticides in the diet to a normal level; on the other hand, man-made pesticides
