研究了钒(V)—硫脲氧化还原体系引发丙烯腈聚合反应中聚合物分子量和物料浓度的依赖关系,发现聚合物分子量随硝酸和硫脲浓度发生非线性变化。硫脲和钒(V)以不同摩尔比组成各种各样的络合物对链引发和链终止有很大影响。在[TU]/(V~(5+)]=1~3摩尔比时出现强烈的“络合物终止”反应使聚合物分子量显著降低。
The dependence of polymer molecular weight and material concentration on the polymerization of acrylonitrile initiated by the vanadium (V) -thiourea redox system was investigated. It was found that the molecular weight of the polymer changed nonlinearly with the concentration of nitric acid and thiourea. Thiourea and vanadium (V) in a different molar ratio composed of a wide variety of complexes on chain initiation and chain termination have a great impact. At [TU] / (V ~ (5 +)] = 1 ~ 3 molar ratio, a strong “complex termination” reaction led to a significant decrease in the molecular weight of the polymer.
