裂头蚴病是由孟氏裂头绦虫引起的一种寄生虫病。现将我们术中所见,经湖南医学院病理教研室鉴定,确诊为孟氏裂头蚴病的3例病例报告如下: 病例报告例1:女,33岁,农民。因脐右下方肿块4年半,逐渐增大并移至脐左上方4年,于1983年3月24日就诊。8年前曾用生蛙肉敷腹部伤口,愈后留一无痛性硬结,逐年增大,偶有蠕动感来院。体检:脐上方明显隆起,可扪及6×4×2厘米肿块,质中等,边界欠清,表面欠光滑,无压痛,略可移动。屏气时肿块更明显。拟诊为腹壁脂肪瘤而手术。术中取出乳白色扁平条带状活虫1条,长达40厘米,宽为0.4
