环保部部长陈吉宁16日赴天津滨海新区“8?12”爆炸事故现场,在与天津环境应急工作小组座谈时,陈吉宁听取工作情况后,提出三点意见:——加强现场大气环境监测,细致科学地做好网格化监测方案,在烟气处理过程中要连续监测,对氰化物要进行排查,同时对土壤污染开展监测。——从全国抽调监测力量支援天津工作,解决监测人员不足问题。——争分夺秒推进污水处理工作,务必赶在雨水到来之前完成。
Chen Jining, Minister of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, went to the Tianjin Binhai New Area on the 16th for the scene of the “8-12” explosion. During his discussion with the Tianjin Environmental Emergency Working Group, Chen Jining made three suggestions after he listened to the work: - To strengthen on-site atmospheric environment monitoring, Meticulous and scientific grid monitoring program should be carried out in the continuous monitoring of flue gas treatment, cyanide to be investigated, and carry out monitoring of soil pollution. - To deploy a monitoring force from across the country to support Tianjin’s work and solve the problem of insufficient monitoring personnel. - Race against time to promote sewage treatment, be sure to catch in the rain before the arrival.
