Question and answer questions, as the traditional type of subjective proposition of the historical college entrance examination, have the test function of examining students’ intelligence and ability in an all-round way and thus can not replace objective propositions. However, for a long period of time, due to the obsolete educational concepts and the limitation of proposition skills, the test function of question-answering questions can not be fully exploited. Since 1989, the propositions of question and answer questions of the National History College Entrance Examination have undergone obvious changes. More attention has been paid to the study of intelligence and ability. The proposition skills have been developed day by day. They have got rid of the desire to test in the past,
