应用光度法测定水中微量锰已有报道,但大多灵敏度不很高,或定量范围较窄。巯基棉富集锰的报道尚未见到。高锰酸光度法一直是测定锰的主要方法,但灵敏度不高。本文采用巯基棉富集水中痕量的锰,使检测下限达μg 1~(-1)级。操作简便,易于推广,各种水样测定结果令人满意。用加入法测得的回收率均在90%以上。试验部分一仪器与试剂岛津UV-120-02型分光光度计 721型分光光度计锰标准溶液:称取0.1438克优级纯KMnO_4溶于50ml水中,加2ml浓H_2SO_4,在搅动下滴加NaHSO_2溶液(10%)直到溶液红色褪尽。煮沸除去过量的SO_2。
Photometric determination of trace manganese in water has been reported, but most of the sensitivity is not very high, or quantitative range is narrow. Sulfhydryl cotton enrichment of manganese has not been reported. Permanganate spectrophotometry has been the main method for the determination of manganese, but the sensitivity is not high. In this paper, sulfhydryl cotton enrichment of trace amounts of manganese in water, so that the detection limit of 1 μg (-1) level. Easy to operate, easy to promote, a variety of water samples were satisfactory. The recoveries measured by the addition method are above 90%.
