在幼儿园,“管理”是一个避不开、谈不完的话题,对幼儿园至关重要。管理得好,可以促进幼儿园教学等各项工作的发展;管理得不好,则会起到反作用。因此,幼儿园必须在管理上找到适合本园的方法和诀窍。管理的内容涉及方方面面,包括人员的管理、安全的管理,等等;管理的主体不仅是园长、中层管理人员,乃至全园教职工都是管理幼儿园的主体;管理的方式方法就更是多样。《幼儿100》(教师版)从管理的内容入手,选取了人员管理、安全管理、品牌管理三方面,分别辅之以两个样本。这些幼儿园提供了幼儿园管理不同侧面的有益经验,供读者撷取。
